The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users and external API data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AutoZeed and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

3. Data Accuracy & AI Disclaimer

Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate vehicle descriptions and analyses. While we strive for accuracy:

No Warranty: We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information.
AI Hallucinations: AI models may occasionally produce text that sounds plausible but is factually incorrect. Always verify critical specifications (engine type, fuel capacity, etc.) with the manufacturer.
NHTSA Data: We rely on third-party data from the NHTSA. We are not responsible for errors in their database.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

In no event shall AutoZeed, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

6. Vehicle Removal Policy

We respect the privacy of vehicle owners. If your vehicle's VIN is listed in our archive and you wish for it to be removed, please use the "Remove Vehicle" link found on the specific vehicle's detail page. This process is handled by our compliance partners and is typically processed within 48 hours.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
